The $1,099 setup fee covers everything needed to get your custom AI agent built and live: the discovery session, agent design, development, integration with your tools, testing, and deployment. It's a one-time fee — once your agent is live, you move to the monthly plan.
What does the monthly fee include?
The $499/month covers everything to keep your agent running and improving: managed hosting, infrastructure costs, model updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and email support. Nothing hidden.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your agent will remain active until the end of your current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the work already done to build your agent.
Is the setup fee refundable?
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. It covers the substantial work involved in designing, building, and deploying your custom AI agent.
What if I need changes to my agent after it launches?
Minor updates and improvements are included in your monthly fee. If you need significant new capabilities or integrations that require substantial development work, we'll scope and quote that separately.
What tools and systems can my agent integrate with?
Most modern business tools with an API or accessible data layer. Common integrations include CRMs, email, calendars, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, databases, and custom APIs. We'll confirm what's feasible during your discovery session.
How long does setup take?
Typically a few business days to a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity of your use case and integrations. We'll give you a clear timeline after your discovery session.
